Getting back to the post . If partners are equal in weight then it isn&#039;t mandatory/required to go the profit sharing model way but if they aren&#039;t then it makes things more practical/scalable to have a earn as you contribute set up in place to avoid any conflicts.

		<description>Yes equality is pertinent and equally important is maturity of partners and a vision that the startup should not be closed within the first six months.

However I feel, the profit sharing model doesn&#039;t really works for software entrepreneurs.If partners are equal in all aspects that you mentioned,  then there is no need for the second point.(until of course your company becomes a mid-level company from a startup).

BTW, nice and very informative blog . hope you are doing fine these days.</description>
