		<description>True. Twitter never even went close of postulating various use cases but now that lots of big and small companies boast of driving sales and customer service up by using it why does Twitter turn a blind eye on it? :)

To be honest, I feel most Social Media types get Social only when they have to.</description>

But thing is, Twitter created the platform, and never preached that you use it for business or whatever. It is what people have figured out as a possible use. Maybe Twitter is not convinced about that use, yet? :)</description>
